THIRUVANANTHAPURAM Taluk, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM District admeasuring 24623,243
sq.metres area, being developed by CONDOR BUILDERS (PVT) LTD as per the approved plan.

This is to certify that I/we have undertaken assignment of certifying Completion of construction work
of the Real Estate Project mentioned above:

2 Based on site Inspection by the undersigned on 30/9/2023 of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I
certify that as on the date of this certificate, the percentage of work is done for each of the Building/
Block of the Real Estate Project as registered vide number K-RERA/PRJO42/2021_with the
Authority is as per Table-A herein below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each
of the activity of the entire phase is detailed in the Table B.
