Sir:

As a 63-year old senior citizen, I should have to retire from the service, however, I cannot apply
optional retirement due to my promissory note to the two lending banks, the City Savings Bank and
First Consolidated Bank notarized stating that I will not retire from my service if my loans are not yet
paid from them. My only request is to be reassigned to work near my residence at Barangay Alegria,
San Isidro, Northern Samar.

Since June 1994, I was one of the teachers in Alegria National High School with a constant students’
population of less than 500. October 2008 I was promoted to Head Teacher III and assigned full
fledge school head at Mongolbongol National High School, island of San Vicente, Northern Samar.
As a Principals Management Aptitude Test (PMAT) passer, after two years I was given a principal
item in the elementary at Guindaulan Elementary School with Bantolinao Elementary cluster school,
Rosario district. November 4, 2011I was promoted to Principal III and was reassigned to Alegria
National High School. When I became the principal of the said school, from the population of less
than 500 students it reached to 1,025 with a total enrollment of 1,300 students’ population to
include the Senior High School. With that population of students I was convinced to be transferred
to San Antonio Agricultural and Vocational School effective July 15, 2019 to give way to Mr. Redem
D. Tingzon to become full fledge school head from the Division Senior Program Specialists. However,
when Mr. Tingzon resigned in the Department of Education on August 2020, the Division office
assigned the Senior High School Master Teacher I as school in-charge, wife of the OIC-CID Chief
instead one from the 2 Head Teachers of the said school, Alegria National High School.

June 22, 2021, I am promoted to School Principal IV and instead of reassigning to Alegria National
High School, I was transferred to Mondragon Agro-Industrial High School 65 kilometers away from
my residence. Since I am already having my maintenance medicine for my hypertensions, I need to
be with my family while my wife has also no companion and being alone in our residence at Alegria,
San Isidro, Northern Samar.

Along this line, considering that Alegria National High School near my residence has no full fledge
school head, may I humbly ask for your help for my application for transfer to Alegria National High
School, Alegria, San Isidro, Northern Samar.
