*Hello, my name is fabian beltran and I want to talk about my experience since I

have been cycling.

*I have been watching professional cycling since 2013 because my dad invited us to
watch it.
*I knew about cycling because I saw it on television but I had not decided to
practice it.
*I have been cycling since December 2022 because a friend gave me a road bike
*I love cycling so much that I have been riding a bicycle for more than 5 hours
getting to know towns in Cundinamarca and Santander.
*I had traveled by car to many towns before but doing it by bicycle is much better
because you enjoy the route and the
landscapes in a different way
*I have trained many times in El Tunal park and I don't get bored because doing
this frees me from stress.
*also I have climbed mountains before but I repeat them to improve my performance
on the bike.
*Cycling is good because it has always helped people to be in good physical
condition and to distract the mind.

*Cycling has taken over Colombia's roads.
