course by watching the whole video provided.
2. After watching the whole video, students are required to answer the test.
3. This paper contains ten (10) structured questions.
4. Answer all questions.
5. The last submission must be done before midnight of 24th March 2024 (Sunday).

- Confusion and misunderstanding
➢ When people communicate incorrectly, it can easily lead to misunderstanding
or confusion. Inadequate communication between individuals can result in
errors and hinder the completion of task.
- Decreased productivity.
➢ Poor communication might make tasks go more slowly, ineffective
communication can lead to tasks taking longer to complete or possibly being
done incorrectly. This might throw off timetables and reduce productivity.
- Damaged trust and relationships
➢ Poor communication might give the impression that critical information is being
withheld from individuals or that they are being neglected. Relationships suffer
as a result, and teamwork is difficult. People can lose trust, which is very crucial,
if they feel misinformed or excluded.

- Enhanced cooperation among team
➢ An atmosphere of cooperation and positivity is fostered by effective
communication abilities. Members of a team that communicate well can
exchange ideas, offer criticism, and work together without any problems. This
improves collaboration, which raises output and ensures that projects are
successfully completed.
- Higher productivity
➢ Information is communicated quickly and clearly when effective communication
techniques are used. Because there are less opportunities for
miscommunication or mistakes, jobs can be finished quickly thanks to this clarity.
Teams can fulfil deadlines, stick to their objectives and work more productively.
- Enhanced trust and relationships
➢ Trust and solid relationships are fostered by effective communication between
people. People are more positive when they feel heard and understood. Building
trust between clients, coworkers and team members via open and honest
communication creates the groundwork for fruitful cooperation and support from
