Executive Summary.
This proposal for Marowero Solar Technologies which will be involved in solar energy
system installations and energy efficiency retrofits is designed to be financially profitable,
technically feasible and good for investors, customers, staff, the community at large, and the
environment. It seeks to do what the current competitors are failing to achieve, which is to
provide tailor made solar energy solutions to common Zimbabweans to alleviate the stresses
being caused by the energy crisis.

The modern world offers huge potential in the energy sector primarily. More people are
better educated than ever before and scientific knowledge and technology offers solutions to
most of the world's problems. The responsibility of business is to ensure that there is
economic activity that helps the world to progress, and initiatives that address the subject of
solar energy and energy efficiency are a priority for this.

Background.
Marowero Solar Tech, is a solar technology provider and solar panel installation,
maintenance, and repair company that intends to start small in Mutare, specifically in the
Hob-House district, but hope to grow big in order to compete favourably with leading solar
energy companies and solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair companies in the
industry both in Mutare and nation-wide.

Mission Statement.
Our mission is to provide solar technology and professional solar panel installation,
maintenance and repair services, and other related services that will assist businesses,
individuals, households, and non-profit organizations in ensuring that their solar panels are
always in good shape to produce the required power output.

Vision.
Our vision is to establish a standard and world-class solar technology company and solar
panel installation, maintenance, and repair company whose services and brand will not only
be accepted Mutare but also in other cities in Zimbabwe.

Goals and objectives.


The goal of this company to provide solar technology to Zimbabweans and to do it in such a
way that the organization is efficient, financially profitable and therefore sustainable.
Objectives include:

in recent years. The government has launched numerous projects to increase energy
production by upgrading their existing energy generation facilities like Hwange power station
and Kariba Dam Hydro power station. However, there is still much room for improvement as
demand still rises daily and with the economic situation being as it is the solutions must also
be cheap for them to be affordable to the populace, adding more complexity to the situation.

Company structure
Company will be a two-partner business, with the Chief Operating Officer being the major
partner and will deal with the installations part and the other partner will be the business and
marketing leader, that is, the Chief Executive Officer.
