16. Model: NKP-1 Pipe inner wall spray device
NKP-1-type pipe inner wall spray device is for bore and medium-sized pipe inner wall coating,
high-pressure paints which transfers from the airless spray coating machine and goes through a
special nozzle is formed a trumpet (Cone -shaped、hollow), evenly spray the inner surface of the
pipe which lead to successful pipe coating.
NKP-1 type is mainly applied in Ф50 - Ф300mm pipes, paint viscosity shall not exceed 80 seconds
(No. 4 Ford cup). If the pait viscosity is higher than 80 seconds, solvent should be added for dilution.
NKP-1 type basically is unaffected by pipe length, but preferably pipe length is not longer than 15
meters.

NKP-3-type Interior Pipe Coating Equipment with our airless spray machine together could be
used in spraying a variety of channels of which inside diameter is Ф300 – Ф1200mm. high-
pressure paints which transfers from the airless spray coating machine and then goes through pipe
inner wall spray device, rotates and moves forward ,and at last finish the pipe coating
successfully.
NKP-3-type spray paint is fan-shaped, so adaptable to the majority of the high viscosity of paint
spraying.

18. Model: IPC-950 Pipe inner wall spray device
IPC-950 Internal Pipeline Coating is designed to coat the inside of pipe or tubing ranging from
190mm-950mm(8〃-38〃)ID without the need to rotate pipe or tubing and apply an even paint
firm thickness throughout. Generally,any type of coating may be used in this tool tha can be
airless sprayed.
IPC-950 Internal Pipeline Coating can be connected to a suitable airless paint spray equipment of
mininum 30:1,the best pressure ratio we rececommend is more than 45:1.
This unit is connected to the end of a pipe lance and connected to the high pressure paint hose
coming from the spray pump.An air hose is required to connect to IPC-950 Internal Pipe Coating
Machine.Once IPC-950 is positoned within the pipe or tubing,regulate the paint and air flow to
correct pressure.The spray gun is triggered to begin the paint flow.The paint will be sprayed
through a nozzle controlled by the air flow in a 360° spraying pattern.
