Travel

Why do some people prefer to travel abroad rather than in their own country?

I think :
- Traveling to a foreign country can push you out of your comfort
zone, help you develop new skills, and give you a sense of
independence and self-reliance.
- Traveling abroad allows you to experience different cultures
firsthand.
- It can help you gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of
the world and the people in it.
- It can also help you become more open-minded, tolerant, and
accepting of different ways of life, and you will return
home practically a new person!

Do you think traveling to another country can change the way people think?

➡When you travel, you’ll have a chance to soak in the new language, and
new lifestyle and see how people from different cultures live and spend
their time; hence,
- somehow it will make you refine your point of view, your purpose in life
& your values.
➡Also, because you are learning and gaining experiences and
information from new people, traveling can shape you into a more
grounded person or even bring out a different side of you.

Do you think it is good for children to experience life in a foreign country?

 It gives them a better knowledge about the world, they’re better able to
compare different countries and are less likely to be fooled by propaganda
saying things about foreign countries that ain’t true. This will give them an
advantage later in life.
 Living in a foreign country exposes children to different cultures, traditions,
and ways of life.
 This helps them develop cultural awareness, tolerance, and
appreciation for diversity.
 to learn a new language naturally and effectively.
 can enhance cognitive abilities and open up future opportunities.

How have holidays changed over the past few decades?

 The travel industry has undergone rapid change in recent years.

 with more and more globetrotters taking to the skies each year
 Digital technology has transformed the very experience of booking holidays:
 for example, rely solely on their mobile phones to book their entire trip.
- allow people to book great flights quickly for cheaper prices and reserve
quality services that revolve around their itineraries
- allow travelers the luxury of planning out their holidays with no stress,
providing them with options to purchase hotel rooms and rental cars with
no more effort than a click of the mouse.
 A decade ago, internet connections were costly and a time-consuming
amenity to own while traversing the far ends of the globe.
 Today, with the ever-increasing availability of smartphones and free WiFi
everywhere, travelers are free to stay in touch and share their experiences
with people they love at any time.

Do you think it is safer to travel now than in the past?

 I think it is safer for people to travel nowadays than in the past.

 Even though the roads are more crowded with traffic and there is an
enormous increase in the number of travelers, travel safety is improved due
the the advancement of transportation and technology.
 ➡First, now we can have more options to choose different kinds of
transportation. Public transport such as trains and airplanes are the least
dangerous forms of transport for example.
 ➡Second, due to technological development, now you can book your hotels,
trips, and any other services in advance online without having to bring lots
of cash with you, which might attract thieves and pickpockets.
 Also, due to the Internet, now you can choose hotels with high ratings and
good reviews and can stop worrying about your accommodation
safety.
 ➡ In addition, to keep your belongings safe, you can get a 'smart' suitcase
or a smart luggage lock, which is only fingerprint-enabled or controlled using
a smartphone application, and comes with built-in Bluetooth technology to
help track your luggage along the way.

Work

 Do you think job satisfaction is more important than salary when

choosing a job?
- Well, I think it depends on individual preferences and priorities.
- On one hand, A job that aligns with your interests, values, and passions
can provide a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
- On the other hand, A competitive salary can provide financial security,
stability, and the ability to meet personal and family needs.
- Quality of Life: Higher pay can afford a comfortable lifestyle, access to
better healthcare, education, housing, and leisure activities.
- the ideal job should ideally offer a balance of both job satisfaction and a
competitive salary.
 What skills do you think are needed to get a good job these days?
 In the past, we could get good jobs if we had a good degree or certification
or skills specific to the job you’re going for.
 But, these days, with the competition in the job market, We need to have
some “soft skills” also, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving,
planning, and organizing- These types of skills will make us stand out.
 On top of that, we also need to know and have technology skills, especially
in computers and the Internet, which are also important these days to get a
good job.
 Do you think women should be able to do all the same jobs that men
do?
 There is no doubt that women are just as capable as men in doing many
jobs, and perhaps sometimes better in some jobs, which are not that
physically demanding and do not pose a threat to women.
 So I would say a female can do any job that a man can do.
 But I also believe that just because women are equally adept at doing some
jobs that men can do, they should not take up any jobs especially if the job
environment is not safe for them.
 How has technology changed the way we work?
- allow people to work remotely from anywhere
- Many manual and repetitive jobs have been automated with the help of
robotics or AI leading to increased productivity but also displaced some jobs.
 What is the difference between white-collar and blue-collar jobs?

 What jobs do you think are most valuable to society?

- There is no definitive answer to which jobs are most valuable to society, as
different people may have different views on this.
- However, I can name some jobs in medical zones, like doctor,... who work
to keep people healthy, and safe people lives, so i think Healthcare has
immense social value. and Teachers: because they are who shape minds
and pass on knowledge to future generations and Education is key to
societal progress.

China's rapidly aging population has the potential to create big challenges in
the decades to come. As hundreds of millions of people reach retirement age
in the next few years, the government is placing increasing focus on aging-
related issues. Identifying and mitigating the challenges on the horizon are
creating not only opportunities to better meet the needs of older people, but
also new drivers for the nation's economy. This potential has helped break the
mindset that the aging population will be a burden on the economy and on
society. Instead, it is anticipated that increased consumption by this sector will
be a driver of high-quality growth.
