 INTRODUCTION
This quick manual describes two of the main functionalities of the Shop Manager
profile which are User Management and Account Management.
Both menus are used for managing the user profiles in the Deposit Platform. User
profiles can be created, deleted, modified and gathered into accounts.

To get a whole knowledge of the Deposit Platform, it’s highly recommended

to read through the manuals EMA - 100 - Manager Manual.

 USER MANAGEMENT
This point allows the manager to create, delete and edit shop manager and user
profiles at store cash deposit unit.
User management from Deposit Platform may be enabled or disabled through Cash
Control. Also, Superuser profile may restrict Manager profile permissions.

Main view lists all the profiles created in the system, showing profile features such
as: username, full name, type of profile and status.

To create a new profile, username and type of profile (manager or user) are
compulsory. Full name, password and User External ID fields are optional. All profiles
must have active status to be operative.

 It’s possible to import list of profiles from an external USB memory. The file which
contains the profiles must be csv format (with extension uim).

 ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Account Management permits to create an account which gathers several
usernames.

To create an account is needed account number, description, holder (owner of the

bank account) and currency. Only deposits in currency selected will be permitted in that
account.

Once an account has been added, it can be seeked with the account number
pressing ACCOUNT. An account can only be deleted if that function is enabled in
Superuser profile.

 After creating an account, users shall be associated with it. Pressing in the column
Users, all the usernames registered in the application will be shown to be selected. A
username may belong to different account numbers.
