POLYURETHANE RUBBER ROLLER
Our PU coatings, specially designed from the most advanced polymers and the unique
coverings, are incredibly suitable for the size and press rollers in different sizes. The
polyurethane coating on the roller surface allows all combinations of surface designs around
over 50% open area. Also, the dynamic load generation is the lowest in this roller. The entire
range is available in varied material covers and can also be customized according to the
clients’ demands.

Caution: Continuous work at a temperature range of 80 degrees celsius or above should be
avoided for better results.

WRINKLE REMOVERS
Wrinkle removers in rollers typically refer to mechanisms or features designed to
address issues related to wrinkles or creases that may occur during the operation of
various roller-based systems, such as industrial machines or printing presses. These
mechanisms aim to reduce or eliminate wrinkles and ensure the smooth. To prevent
inferior quality and rejection of webs, wrinkles must be removed- a wide range of anti-
crease devices suitable for web materials and process.

TEFLON COATED RUBBER EXPANDER
Teflon sleeved/coated expanders make an excellent way to avoid sticking materials on the surface. These rollers
are also used to prevent interweaving of material in slitting operations. This sleeve once slipped over the roller
and heated with a hot air gun, allowing the sleeve to shrink to a tight fit on the roller and achieve the desired
result.

POLYBAND EXPANDER
Polyband expanders are very elastic poly bands, uniformly
distributed around the circumference of the rolls, and also
guided in axial profile grooves. It gives the advantages of
the adjustable bow expander rollers and the slat expanders
because of its stretching characteristics and helps obtain a
crease-free expansion over the entire web.

  ANILOX ROLLER
Anilox roller is a steel made hard cylinder that maintains a fixed amount of ink to the flexographic (flexo) printing
plate. This printing method is simply called Anilox. The number, size, and geometry of anilox cells on the surface
of the anilox roller can be customized and adapted to decide the exact amount of ink that the anilox roll would
deliver to the plate.

  HARD CHROME PLATING ROLLER
We have a high-precision German super finishing machine to achieve a high gloss finish mirror finish
after the frinding operation. We use special abrasive to reduce peak-to-valley height and impart high
gloss mirrors.he process of hard chrome plating involves electroplating a layer of chromium onto the
surface of a roller, imparting specific beneficial properties.

 WATER OIL CIRCULATION ROLLER

This roller has a simple but effective design that comes with an inlet and outlet on its opposite
sides where the medium across the roll flows in through one side and flows out through another.
