We the residents writing to formally register a complaint regarding the

inconsistent and inadequate water supply in our apartments named Sri
Sai Adithya Residency, 1-48,Medipally. we have paid the water bill on
time since,2017 regularly. we have raised many complaints no response
received.

We urge the water department to take immediate action to address these

concerns and ensure that the water supply in our apartment meets the
required standards. This may involve conducting thorough inspections,
repairing any faulty infrastructure, improving maintenance practices, or
implementing other necessary measures to guarantee a consistent and
safe water supply for all residents.

Furthermore, I request transparent communication regarding the steps

being taken to resolve these issues and a timeline for their completion. As
residents, we deserve to be informed and kept updated on the progress
made in rectifying the water supply problems.
