Evidence: I meet weekly with my CTT (Collaborative Team Time) Colleagues to discuss
CFA (Common Formative Assessment) results and reteaching strategies. My school is
piloting sharing students to reteach to different leveled groups this year.

Plans differentiated lessons and modifications to instruction to meet students’ diverse

Evidence: I conduct weekly WIN (What I Need) sessions to provide additional support or
reteaching for students who require it.

Evidence: I am required to make monthly calls home to connect with my students and
Learning Coaches to discuss the performance and needs of my students. It’s like a pulse
check.
