X WATER BOILER PLANT EQUIPMENT

X1 WATER BOILERS
Install of package 4-pass fire tube hot water boilers complete with
all accessories. The boilers shall be complete with Microprocessor
control panel. The item shall include all necessary relief valves & 2 NO
safety operation gear. The water boilet shall be UL labelled & FM
approved.
The water boiler capacity shall be 100 BHP at 50C ambient
temperature.

X2 HEAT EXCHANGERS
Install of Water / Water heat exchangers for domestic, kitchen &
AC systems for the project . The domestic & kitchen water heat
exchangers shall be storage type with a heat coil pundle & glass
plated tank. The AC heat exchanger shall be shell & tube type. The
item shall include all necessary piping , fittings , valves , control
valves & accessories.

Domestic Water storage type heat exchangers of 2.5m3 storage

capacity & 15 bhp heating caoacity 2 NO

Kitchen storage type heat exchangers of 2m3 storage capacity & 12

bhp heating caoacity 2 NO

HVAC Shell & tube heat exchangers

X3 PUMPS
X31 Primary Hot Water Pumps
Install primary hot water pumps with all standard accessories and
options. 'The pumps shall be centrifugal, end suction type, vertical
split case with mechanical seal. The pump casing shall be cast iron,
bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft & totally enclosed fan cooled
induction motor. The motor shall be 2900 rpm & shall be wound for
delta operation at 380V power supply.

The pumps performance shall be as following :-

Discharge of 223gpm @ 60ft head
Pumps shall be products of :- KSB, ITT, AURORA or approved
equal
The works shall include start up & commisioning as per specs 3 No.

X32 Potable Hot water distribution Pumps

Install factory prefabricated, prewired and pretested pumps
including pressure regulating valves with integral check valves,
vibration pads,suction and discharge manifolds, and gate valves and
accessories. The pump casing shall be stainess steel, stainless steel
impeller, stainless steel shaft & totally enclosed fan cooled induction
motor.
The pumps performance shall be as following :-

Domestic circulating hot waer pump of 20gpm @ 65 ft head 2 No.

Kitcheen circulating hot waer pump of 15 gpm @ 65 gpm 2 No.
Pumps shall be products of :- KSB, ITT, AURORA or approved
equal
The works shall include start up & commisioning as per specs

X33 AC Hot water distribution Pumps

Install factory prefabricated, prewired and pretested variable speed
skid mounted 3-pump set including pressure regulating valves with
integral check valves, vibration pads, emergency switches, duplex
flow switches, pressure switches, power and control panels, suction
and discharge manifolds, and gate valves and accessories. The item
shall include control panel including pumps starters as well.

The pumps performance shall be as following :-

AC hot water pump set of 280 GPM @ 120 FT head for each pump
3 No.
The works shall include start up & commisioning as per specs

SECTION (21 12 00) BOILER PLANT EXPANSION TANKS

Install Hotwater expansion tanks including shut-off valves, check
valve, drainage valve, vent valve, strainer, piping required to be
connected with the system including pressure gauges and color
codes. The item shall be complete with all accessories as specified &
shown in the tender drawings. All valves , fittings, gauges &
accessories shall be UL/FM labelled.

Supply and install boiler plant hot water stainless steel 316 sch 10S
including thermal insulation, shut-off valves, valves, check valve,
drainage valve, vent valve, quick coupling valve, strainer, piping
required to be connected with the system including fittings, flange,
bolts, nuts, gaskets, supports, painting , pressure gauges and color
codes. The item shall be complete with all accessories as specified & 1 L.S
shown in the tender drawings. All valves , fittings, gauges &
accessories shall be UL/FM labelled.

X6 Boiler plant Electric panel & Electric works
Supply and install UL/FM labelled boiler power supply & pumps
control switch-board with an automatic and manual built-in circuit
breakers . The item shall include all cabling between the panelboard
and the boiler plant equipment including cable trays, flexible
conduits, control wiring. The panel shall include relays,
contactors,lamps, and alarms., volt, power, current meters and 1 L.S
related inherent systems and protective elements, earthing,
interlocking and connection with fire alarm and smoke system . The
works include testing, start-up and commissioning .

X7 BOILER PLANT ANCILLARY WORKS :-

Supply and install boiler plant room ancillary works including Boiler
stacks , vents, cat ladders, suction & delievery pipes puddle flanges
& connection sleeves. The works shall include surface water
collection gutter grates. Plantroom lighting works is included. The
provision of 2000 cfm wall mounted ventilator complete with motor LS LS
gaurds is included. All ancillary works & accessories shall be
included to ,aintain a COMPETE JOB/
