Differences in Their Students and Adjust Their
Practice Accordingly
My idea:
● Create a presentation on the importance of
providing appropriate social and emotional
learning in the TK and Kindergarten classrooms.
I will include ideas for lesson implementation
and skills necessary for students to be
successful in their own self regulation. I will
show this during our upcoming PLC.
● I will create a google form with suggestions and
comments that assist me in analyzing the
effectiveness of my leadership project. I hope to
gain more insight into what my colleagues
needs are in providing more SEL lessons into
their classroom. Since we are changing our
TK/Kinder program schedule next year there will
be more time available in the day for this type of
specialized instruction. I would like for us to
come up with a game plan for next year and
how we implement and create a curriculum for
our students.
