Way of the Four Elements

Elemental Stance
At 1st level, you gain access to the Elemental Arts, you can choose one of the four
main elemental types (Water, Earth, Fire and Air). This cannot be changed.
You can use a Bonus Action and 2 Ki Point to enter into an Elemental Stance.
While using the Stance, all attacks will do an extra damage die of the chosen
Element.
The Stance will stay active until the end of the combat encounter or scene.

Elemental Aspect
At the 6rd level, you get better at using your element, as it becomes part of you.
All of your elemental attacks gain an extra range of 3m. You gain extra benefits
depending of the Element that you choose:

Water
Redirection: learn to redirect Attacks with the Water. The Deflect Attacks ability
is upgraded, and you no longer need to use reaction to Counter-Attack a target when
the reduced damage reaches 0 or less.
Healing: learn to redirect the energies of nature to someone's body, healing the
injuries of the target (cannot heal internal, past or grave injuries unless it is
using Spiritual Water), the Ki Healing feature is learned early, can be used on
other people, and double the amount of Hp points you have to Heal .
Purification: the Monk can purify corruption/disease using 5 Ki Points and a Bonus
Action while in the stance.
Plant Manipulation: If you know how to manipulate Water and Earth, you can
manipulate Plants. Any attacks that use Plants can be used by you if you meet the
requirements. If it's a Spell, you can use it for 2x its cost in Ki Points. If you
are targeted by a Plant attack, you can redirect it, if it causes a penalty, you
can ignore it.

Earth
Seismic Sense: you gain 18m of Blindsight on anything that is touching the floor or
that is touching anything that touches the floor. You can manipulate any type of
Vibration and Impact, you gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Slashing and Piercing
damage. The Deflect Attacks ability is upgraded, and you sum your Wisdom modifier
to the calculus.
Sand Manipulation: If you know how to manipulate Earth and Air, you can manipulate
Sand. Any ability of Air Element can be fused with Earth if you are at some place
that has sand in it.

Fire
Flames of Justice: you can double the amount of Ki Points you use to turn on the
Stance, to Double the Range of any elemental attack of the Stance.
Fire Propulsor: while in the Fire Stance you gain 2x your bonus movement speed from
Unarmored Movement. When you move you can do an attack roll that deals 1d6 Fire
Damage to anyone in the way.
Fire Burst: you can make one Extra Attack while in the Fire Stance.

Air
Aerial Combat: while on the Stance, any attacks on the air have advantage and you
ignore gravity while attacking some enemy in the air.
Weightless: your movement no longer provokes any opportunity attacks.
Aerial Strike: your Stunning Strike can knock enemies to the air. (Use Wis to
attack)
