CWTS PIS-ANAN GROUP MEETING

Minutes of the meeting: March 26, 2024

Time: 5:00 pm -6:36 pm

CONTRIBUTION

 Contribution: 300 pesos for budget per head and 10 pesos per head for gift giving with the total
of 310 php.

Remit/Deadline: April 13, 2024

Remit to the treasurer: Ms. Daniela Roquero Psych-1B.

April 13, 2024: Risk Management Seminar.will serve as midterms ( attendance is a must)!

 Date of Immersion:

first day: April 27, 2024-SET A

second day: May 4-- SET B

third day: May 11-SET A

fourth day: May 18- SET B

fifth day: May 25- SET A

 Buddy System: Make sure that everyone on your section has a buddy.

For concern during immersion please communicate/tell your classmates after, to inform the execom and
the execom's will tell the president/Vice President. So that we can tell ma'am what was the reason.

Rules during immersion

 Most important if aalis sa venue always tell the adviser.

Transportation

 1 Jeep per 2 sections

Jeep 1=Psychology 1-B and BSCD 1-B
Jeep 2=Psychology 1-C and BSCD 1-A
Jeep 3= Mixed

Jeepneys
=Attendance will be checked in the terminal, by Execom.

For the attendance : EXECOMS (Officers will join their respective Sections)

7:30 am should be the call time at the terminal

Day 1: 8:00 am aalis ang ang Jeep

8:30 am sa Pis-anan na

9:00 am, the start of the program

For the afternoon, 5:30 yung sundo ng Jeep.

Day 2-5: call should be at 11:30 am

12:00 pm aalis yung Jeep to Pis-anan

1:00 start na yung program

50- notebooks (writing notebooks)

100- pencils
50- erasers
50- Sharpeners
50- Crayons (8 pieces)
50- transparent envelopes

 LEARNING MODULES
_Budget: 1,000 pesos
8.5 x 13 Bond paper ( 3 whole rims)
  5 WORX PAPERS
_Budget: 200 php
( 30 each) For the certificate of Beneficiaries

 TOKENS FOR OFFICIALS

_Budget: 800 PHp

 FOOD ( 50 meals) DUTIES:

_10K for snacks Day 1-3 psych 1-C and BSCD 1-A
_5K per day meals Day 4-5 psych 1-B and BSCD 1-B

Everyday, 60- 100 php per beneficiaries

For Day 1-5, 5K for meals (50 beneficiaries) with the total of 25K

For Day 1-5, 2K php is allotted for snacks ( For beneficiaries and officials). 10k for 5 days.

Day 1 and 3 ( Execoms from psych 1-B and BSCD 1-B will make a group chat then add si President tas si
Vice President)

Day 2 and 4 ( Execoms from psych 1-C and BSCD 1-A will do the same, they will make a group chat then
add yung President then Vice President).

 FOR PLAN CHECKING

Day 1 (Opening) and Day 2 (Closing) will be assign to officers.

3. TO EXECOMS: (PPT, music and videos with their own laptop)
