The undersigned students of Isabela State University- Roxas campus taking
Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness are asking permission to conduct a community
survey and interview to your beloved barangay as part of the subject requirement under
ABM 324- Project Feasibility Study, Analysis and Monitoring. This initiative aims to
know the problems, challenges and threats encountered in the community and to assess
if what solutions can be introduced to address these concerns. We assure you that
information gathered will be used solely for the stated purpose and will be treated with
full confidentiality. We believe that the results of this survey will greatly benefit the
community and contribute to its improvement.
Attached also the list of names of the student-researchers who will be conduct
the said activity.
