EMCEE SCRIPT

3rd Quarter Portfolio Day

MARVIN: A pleasant afternoon to everyone! This afternoon’s event marks as one of


the most-anticipated events not only for our dear students but also to our proud and
supportive parents.

MARVIN: To our ever-dynamic, dedicated and our heart and soul of our school
community, Ma’am Rowena O. Rojas our school principal, and to our 3 Supportive
Department Heads, Sir Reymundo Macalalad (for Team Department), to Ma’am
Glenda G. Sebandal (for Fems Department), and to Sir Garry Anthony Gabutan
(for SHS Department) , and to our highly competent and deeply motivated faculty
and staff of Osmena National High School.
To our visitors from Different Barangay, We have the Barangay captain of Brgy
Osmena ______________, the barangay captain of barangay Rono, ____________.
. .etc.

To Our dear learners, the proud and loving parents, ladies and gentlemen, Good
Afternoon, maupay na kulop ha iyo na tanan.

BOTH: Welcome to the 3rd Quarter Portfolio Day.

Marvin: To formally start our program, may we request everyone to please stand for
the doxology to be led by Teofilo Aboga a Grade 11 student and some selected
students from Grade 7 STE matapat And this will be followed by the singing of the
national anthem to be led by Sir Alvin C. Tanauan.

MARVIN: You May Now Be Seated.

MARVIN: Now, lets proceed to attendance check, let us welcome Sir Ryan T.
Amantillo. Let’s give him a warm round of applause please.

MARVIN: Thank you sir. I do believe that the secrets behind this significant event
are not only teachers, who have rendered their invaluable service by guiding
these students to the right path, but also the parents who give them the
support financially, love and encouragement in every activity in our school.
Today signifies the months of hard work in the relentless pursuit of
knowledge that will enable our students to embrace opportunities and take on
challenges life may bring with courage, confidence and wisdom.

M A R V I N : To formally start the program, let us welcome Sir Rham Aniano the
Faculty President, for his words of Welcome. Let’s give him a warm round

MARVIN: Thank you so much Sir, for the empowering words you have shared.
MARVIN: Before we go forth with the giving of awards and recognitons to our young
outstanding students. The grade 7 makabansa
will be entertaining us with their prepared presentation with their folk dance. Let's
give them a hand please.

Marvin: Thank you GRADE 7 Makabansa for showcasing your talents to us.

GIVING OF AWARDS (STUDENTS, STAKEHOLDERS, TEACHERS)

MARVIN: Now with the most anticipated part of this portfolio day event. Let us all
appreciate our dear learners for their outstanding dedication and hard work. To give
the awards. May we call on the advisers of the different grade levels and sections to
present their outstanding students for the 3rd quarter. GRADE 7, 8,

MARVIN: at this juncture, before we proceed to give an awards to our remaining


outstanding students from grade 10, 11 and 12, let us be amazed by an
________________.
MARVIN: WOW, That was a great performance.

MARVIN: Congratulations Dear Learner’s

TIME STATE OF SCHOOL ADDRESS (SOSA)

MARVIN: Now to give to us the State of School Address (SOSA) And administrative
updates. Let us all welcome our dear principal Ma'am Rowena O. Rojas.

MARVIN: Thank you, Ma'am Rowena.

MARVIN: At this point, we will now listen for our School Maintenance and Other
Operating Expenses (MOOE). Let us welcome sir Alberto Y. Dableo our bookkeeper.

CLOSING REMARKS:

MARVIN: To give us the closing remarks, let’s lend our ears and open our hearts
together as we hear from sir Reymundo Macalalad, from (team department head).
