Responsibilities
Responsible for exploring new customers like photovoltaic
distributors and installers in Indonesia; introduce our
company's strength and products to customers, so that our
company can successfully become a new inverter supplier
for customers.
Understand and collect relevant market and customer
information; find information of other inverter manufacturers
used by customers: product information, price, inventory.
Understand the strengths and weaknesses of our
competitors.
Maintain existing customers: regular visits to existing
customers, promote company’s products, understand
customers' purchasing plans, organize after-sales, and
market personnel to conduct product training and
explanations for customers. Make sales deals and complete
monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Must Have more than 2 years of sales experience in
photovoltaic inverter and energy storage or team management
experiences in photovoltaic industry.
Good at communication, good at problem solving, have local
resources or connections of solar inverter dealer or installer is
preferred
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
Experience in regional strategic planning and talent team
training
Understand basic international trade knowledge and
international finance knowledge.

Responsibilities
Be able to independently complete the sales support of
solutions for multiple series of products in the solar field,
including but not limited to: solution preaching, solution
demonstration, multi-product technical support, handling
customer complaints caused by product quality, etc.
Able to effectively manage customer needs, realize
technical guidance on the client side, put forward
improvement suggestions on the product side and be
accepted by the product line.
Establish and maintain customer relations with middle-level
technical line, collect and analyze competitive product
information, and output competitive strategies.
Willing to learn, outgoing, can deliver speech and
presentation to customers fluently.
Requirements
Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering or related field
Freshgraduates or have 2 years or of sales engineer
experience in photovoltaic inverter and energy storage or team
management experiences in photovoltaic industry;
Good at communication, good at problem solving, have local
resources or connections of solar inverter dealer or installer is
preferred;
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
Experience in regional strategic planning
Understand and good knowledge in renewable energy

Responsibilities
Reviewing and preparing technical and non technical
reports to a high standard including specifications, reports,
proposals, calculations and contracts
Actively assisting with business development and client
management
Carrying out technical assessments
Provides key project monitoring decisions
Assist the sales staff to screen and qualify the feasibility of
energy efficiency and Solar PV opportunities
Develop, define and dimension technically and economically
feasible applications by performing preliminary
engineering/design, project metering and measurements of
critical parameters
Conduct feasibility studies for both ground mounted and
roof mounted solar PV projects
Requirements
