ANTI RAGGING AFFIDAVIT

I, Mr. Thuhlad Suchiang, son of Shri. Thiejshwa Phyllei, and resident of

Shangpung Pohshnong, West Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya, is admitted as a
student of Motherhood University, Rookee situated in the district of Haridwar,
under B.Ed course of Education branch in the year 2023-2025, declare and pledge
the followings:-
1. I will not get involved in any abominable act like ragging.
2. I will not behave in an inappropriate manner which may cause physical,
mental torture, harassment to any students.
3. I will not use un-parliamentary language with any students which may
make them embarrassed and humiliated.
4. I am fully and consciously aware of the fact that if found guilty in
involvement in any such act, I may be expelled/ suspended or my degree
marks maybe deducted as per clause of 1563/2006-16-1-250/96 dated
13-07-2006.
5. I will maintain the dignity of the institution and exhibit good behavior
and conduct within the campus.
6. I also declare, if found guilty in involvement in any ragging activities or in
disciplinary act, then the Vice- Chancellor of the institution will have the
right to:-
 Expel me from the institution and/or the hostel.
 Debar from scholarship or any other facilities provided to me.
 Debar from appearing in the examinations and hold on my
results.
 Reduction in grade point.
 Debar from participating in any special events of the
institution.
 Right to lodge FIR against me.
 To undertake punishable investigation against me.
I will have no objection and will be solely responsible for being punished
under the aforesaid reasons.

I declare that if Mr. Thuhlad Suchiang who is my son, under Motherhood
University, Roorkee, District- Haridwar is found guilty for ragging or being engaged
in any in-disciplinary act, undignified activity or behavior shall be liable to any
punishable judgment given by the institution and I shall have no objection against
it.
