Situation:

Two colleagues have a disagreement about the approach to a task. Instead of discussing it
calmly, they resort to shouting and interrupting each other.

Based on what you have read in Units 1 – 3, answer the following questions :

1) What are the consequences of such communication behavior in the workplace?

2) How could the situation be handled differently to achieve a more positive outcome?
