Title: Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA)
Work hours: 7.00pm IST to 3.30am IST
Working Days: Monday-Friday IST
Work location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Primary Responsibility Talent Acquisition

Job Description
 Manage & and execute the end-to-end recruitment process from understanding the requirements,
sourcing, screening, negotiating, and recruiting candidates for varied skills
 Use internal database and job boards to identify and recruit qualified candidates
 Scheduling and coordinating the interviews of the candidates with the clients
 Responsible for handling recruiting activities/tasks allocated by the Team Leader

Desired Candidate Profile

 Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
 Energetic, motivated, quick learner, and result-oriented individual
 Ability to work independently and willing to work in night shifts

Compensation & Benefits

 Base salary / Pay: Rs. 4,25,000 per year
 Variable target-based Compensation (Incentives): Rs. 2,00,000 – Rs. 3,00,000 per year (variable)
