This Contract is made and entered into as of April 25, 2024, by and between:

SEPHINE’S BEAUTY PRODUCT SHOP

and

MISS EARTH TALENT SHOW ORGANIZERS (ILIGAN CITY)

Background
Whereas, SEPHINE’S BEAUTY PRODUCT SHOP and MISS EARTH TALENT SHOW ORGANIZERS
(ILIGAN CITY) desire to enter into this Contract for event partnership sponsorship of the Miss
Earth Talent Show to be held in the City of Iligan.

Agreement
Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, and
for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

Services or Obligations
SEPHINE’S BEAUTY PRODUCT SHOP agrees to these commitments:
1. Sponsor a total of Two hundred thousand pesos only (Php 200,000.00) for the said
event.
 2. Sephine's Team will conduct a Skincare Party on May 6, Monday, 1:00-3:00 PM at
Sephine's Headquarters. Wherein Sephine's Team will provide these items and services:
● Sephine's shirt for all 30 candidates (which will be given before May 6, 1PM.)

● Prepare afternoon snacks and beverages for the candidates and organizers
3. Sephine's Team will prepare a total of 50 PR kits on the day of the Miss Earth Talent
Show for:
● 30 candidates

● 13 judges (the PR kits will be placed on the judges' table)

● 2 Miss Earth Talent Show Organizer

● 5 Miss Earth Winners from the past years

In exchange of this, MISS EARTH TALENT SHOW ORGANIZERS (ILIGAN CITY) agrees to commit to
these services and obligations:

1. Miss Earth Talent Show will organize a simple photo shoot of all the candidates holding
Sephine's product during their rehearsals.
2. Sephine's advertisements and marketing collaterals will be shown during the Miss Earth
Talent Show proper to be held in Iligan City.
3. Sephine's logo will also be shown during the Miss Earth Grand Coronation Night.
4. Miss Earth Talent Show Organizers will include in their schedule the Skincare Party at
Sephine’s HQ on May 6, Monday, 1:00-3:00 PM, and will facilitate the necessary
transportation and other arrangements for the Miss Earth candidates for this endeavor.
5. After the event, the organizers will turn over the official photos and videos involving
Sephine’s products, skincare party coverage, or any content featuring the Sephine’s
brand.

Term
This Contract shall commence on April 25, 2024 and continue until May 11, 2024, until all
obligations of both parties have been fulfilled, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

Payment
The Parties agree that compensation for the services rendered under this Contract shall be Two
hundred thousand pesos only (Php 200,000.00) which will serve as Event Partner Sponsorship.

Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information
disclosed during the term of this Contract and thereafter.

Termination
This Contract may be terminated by either Party upon five (5) days' written notice to the other
Party.

Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iligan City,
Philippines.

In Witness Whereof, the Parties hereto have executed this Contract as of the date first written
above.
