1. In the group of RFB Escalation i do ensure that the problems that is occur
will solve immediately less than 1 day 1x24 , and the response rate of
100%, and case solved is 100%

- Aiding the test for RFB below bottom rate

1. There is a problem whenever RFB price is below bottom rate, do check it
with the redsparks, and ensure the pricing is correct , as per the
instructions of Olivia Indah Kusumawati

Brief👍
1. Currently get an alert from Rajani Kant Singh that there is several
associations that is using reddoorz name and it is impersonating as a
reddoorz, in a bigger scale it will threaten our reddoorz brands image, all
of the records are recapped in the sheets
2. Currently there is 183 cases that is reported with the number of closed
cases for 170 cases, and the 13 is still unclosed,
3. Currently we are collaborating with other stake holder to minimize the
fraud , especially for ID and PH team , we have established the guideline
that is follows by a redseller team, to our redseller

4. However for the brand guideline itself, it is not applied yet to reseller, as
we do have a lot of reseller, and they may not attend our guideline that we
have been created
5. In january, collaborated with both ID team and PH team, for the creation
of unique ID Number of redseller that will help to identify true reseller or
not, but this idea is still in pending
