License/Aadhar Card/Voter Card with you at holiday home for identification purpose. In absence of
this slip it may not be possible to occupy the holiday home.

5. In case you are cancelling your plan, ensure cancelling Holiday Home booking so that it can be
utilised by waitlisted employees.If the facility is not availed or cancelled the charges will be debited
to your account as per circular (Ref HO:BR:113:182 dated 05.08.2021).

6. Please note in case of partial availment, 6-times penalty shall be collected for the entire reservation.
