Students provide an overall assessment in this section and then write few lines with the
heading of conclusion. This may include:

 Major works performed during SIT

 Different limitations during SIT
 Comment whether SIT met the training objective or not

Recommendations:

 Your recommendations should be directly relevant to your place of Industrial

Training.
 Your recommendation should be implementable for bringing improvement in SIT. (1)

Here are mentioned some examples of possible recommendation;

1. During the Industrial Training period, the industry should priorities student concerns.
As students are still in the pre-employment stage, guidance and strong observation are
essential. (2)
2. A supervisor should keep track of each student. (3)
3. I suggest that the companyshould provide a suitable location or room for trainees to c
omplete reports and communicate with other trainees for additional knowledge.
4. Furthermore, I hope that industry supervisors can arrange motivation sessions in order to impr
ove trainees' skills, general knowledge, and expertise on specific topics.
