Seeking Approval for Organizing Trainings including Provision of Lunch and Snacks for the

month of May/June 2024

As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a learning & productive work environment, we have devised a
series of training programs tailored for our JSP employees. Therefore, we are requesting your approval for the
trainings.

Outlined below are the details of the training sessions:

 Power BI & Advanced Excel Training: In May, we will be

conducting Power BI and Advanced Excel training sessions to meet the demand expressed by our
employees.
 PowerPoint Presentation Training: Additionally, in April, we have planned a PowerPoint presentation
training session.

These programs are designed to cater to employees at varying levels, including trainees, new joiners, and a
diverse group of executives and Heads of Departments (HODs). Each session will range in duration from half a
day to a full day, with multiple sessions and facilitators engaged to accommodate different schedules and
learning objectives.

Travel arrangements:

 JSP will bear travel charges for above mentioned trainers.

 Additionally, Local transportation, boarding, and lodging for the trainers will also be arranged by
JSP. (as per actuals)

In order to conduct this training effectively, we request your approval for a budget of ₹180000/- + applicable
GST.
