In accepting this Bill of Lading, the Merchant (as defined
by Article 1 on the back hereof) accepts and agrees to be
bound by all the stipulations, exceptions, terms and
conditions on the face and back hereof, whether written,
typed, stamped or otherwise processed, printed or
incorporated, as fully as, if signed by the Merchant, any
local custom or privilege to the contrary notwithstanding,
and agrees that all agreements, or freight engagements for
the Goods, are superseded by this Bill of Lading.
In witness whereof the number of original Bills of Lading
stated below, all of the same tenor and date, have been
signed by the Master or Agent, one of which being
accomplished, the other(s) to be void.
The law of Spain governs the contract evidenced or
contained in this bill of lading, and any claim or dispute
arising in connection with this Bill of Lading shall be
determined only by the Spanish Court, and no other Court.
