Divine Source of all creation,

As we come together here today from different creeds and traditions

but are united by our shared humanity and common purpose,
we hereby seek your blessings on this gathering.

Enable us to embrace our differences with open hearts,

to respect each individual's holiness of life
so that we can overcome the division among ourselves,
acknowledging that the differences between us must enrich us rather than disfigure us.

As leaders who have been entrusted with the responsibility of leadership and stewardship,
we implore you to bestow upon us knowledge on how to maintain our dignity
through justice, fairness, and equality.

Bless us with the capacity to create an inclusive community,

where members are valued even for their littlest contribution,
and where differences are taken as opportunities for growth and development.

Guide us in making decisions

so that we may be guided by wisdom and good judgment,
leading actions based on principles of integrity, excellence and service.

As workers united in one purpose to contribute to the greater good,

and to serve with integrity, diligence, and compassion,
grant us the strength and courage to face the challenges of our daily tasks,
