I, Pagidi Srinivasulu, S/o Late Lingaiah Age: 52 Yrs, Occ: H.C., do here by
solemnly affirm and sincerely state on oath as follows:
1. I submit that I am the Deponent herein and Petitioner No.2 of the above petition,
I am filing this affidavit for myself and also on behalf of other petitioners, as such I
am well acquainted with the facts of the case
2. I submit that the Petitioner No.1 is the wife, petitioner No.3 & myself are sons
and petitioners 4 & 5 are daughters of my father Late Pagidi Lingaiah who worked as
Police Constable and retired from services. I submit that our father was died intestate
on 18-05-2009 by suffering from ill-health while undergoing treatment, in fact he is
having savings Bank account in Indian Overseas Bank, Nalgonda with SB A/c
No.0410015000005831 and an amount of Rs.40,210-47 Paise is deposited in the said
account as on 29-12-2021, and except ourselves there are no other legal
representatives/heirs to the deceased Pagidi Lingaiah, and the Bank officials advised
to obtain the succession certificate from the competent Court and furnish the same
before the bank authorities to withdraw the same, hence we are entitled for the said
amount mentioned in the petition schedule, hence this petition.
3. I submit that except the present petition, there is no such petition for succession
certificate was filed by us previously before any court of law.
4. The following documents may be marked on our behalf.

2. Ex.P-2 Original Death certificate, Dt.26-05-2009,

Hence, it is humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass a
succession certificate in our favour by enabling us to withdraw the same, in the
interest of justice.
