MIDTERM
PERFORMANCE TASK

Things to prepare:
1. Each group should submit 1 activity sheet based on their project following this format:

2. The leader should divide the work equally to all members, if the member is not cooperating, they are
automatically removed from the group.
3. Instead of face-to-face presentation, each group will have a video presentation where they explain their
project (materials, how it is created/done, how it works, concept behind it, conclusion). The setting of
the video should be the Science laboratory.
4. The video should only last for 5 minutes (maximum) and all members should be visible on it.

6. Grading:
 Output: working, presented well, creative (with activity sheet) – 50%
 Video presentation: easy to understand, recorded well – 50%
Total – 100%
 Individual grading: delivery, mastery, confidence = plus points
7. No output, activity sheet, and video = no grades.
8. DEADLINE: April 2, 2024 – 4 p.m.
