FMS-Light (Fleet Management System - Light Ver.

FMS-Light is for transmission of voyage reports as the following :

 Noon Report : Noon report at sea.

 Homing Report : Stand by engine for arriving.
 Arrival Report : Let go anchor(In harbour) / First line to pier.
 Port Noon Report : Noon report in port.
 Departure Report : Cast off last line and Let go all lines for leaving. Or Up/Down anchor
for leaving.
 Leaving Report : R/Up engine for sea voyage.
 Stoppage Report : Detention or Drifting.

The forms for the reports can be selected by clicking the link on top of the page.
The report should be sent to the shore on a daily basis.

Data Fields

Fields in the forms include those required by HMM to provide its service for the management.
If you input an invalid item or miss a required item, it turns to red with a help message so that you
can input the proper items.

Making EDI File And Transmission

1. Complete the report form.

2. Make EDI file by clicking 'Make EDI' button on the bottom of report page.
3. Download EDI file. (recommend to save the file without changing the file name.)
4. Send the EDI file to 'cfms@hmms.co.kr' as an attachment without zip.
EDI File Naming Rule

 EDI File naming rule :{VESSEL CODE}.FMSL.{REPORT TYPE CODE}.{REPORT

 REPORT TYPE CODE :
o FMNR : Noon Report
o FMHR : Homing Report
o FMAV : Arrival Report
o FMDP : Departure Report
o FMLV : Leaving Report
o FMPN : Noon Report in port
o FMST : Stoppage Report
o FMRM : Request Delete Report

Load EDI

 Load EDI to review / modify the report : You can load the report from EDI file that you've
generated before so that you can review or modify the report.
 Request Delete Report : You can send the report delete request by loading EDI file
you've sent to shore.
(This feature should be used for deleting the report already sent to the shore. Do not use
it to modify the report.)
1. Load EDI file you'd like to delete.
2. Click 'Request Delete Report' button.
3. Download EDI file.
4. Send the EDI file to 'cfms@hmms.co.kr' as an attachment without zip.

FMS-Light is compatible with the following browsers : (both desktop and mobile device)

 Chrome (recommend)
 Firefox
 Edge
 Opera
 Internet Explorer 10+

Above all browsers work properly, but we recommend Chrome Browser.
