I am writing to express my interest on the position of any HR Payroll post.

I am currently working as an HR Administrator (Compensation and Benefits) in MII Hralth Care Inc. With
this, I am responsible on the payroll and benefits of all the employees of MII and it’s other three sister
companies. I was employed to them since August 2022 and Separated on Feb 2024.

Before MII, I used to be employed to Dyna Drug Corporation. I was responsible to the continous learning
and development of all the employees of DDC and its subsidiaries. I'm also assigned to issue devices to
all employees and other clerical tasks that may be asked to do so. Being an HR Admin has given me the
chance to meet every type of people and handle their concerns professionally.

Also I have an experienced in recruitment since my first job was a Sourcing Associate in HGS a BPO
company. Most of my duties there are to screen people and interview them and endorsed them to our
recruiters for other process. I also had the chance to do caravans and ERP.
