- Daughter of the applicant and son of Opposite Party No.2 were married,

including 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and D.P. Act, registered as Case Crime
No.194 of 2012. In response, Opposite Party No.2 allegedly fabricated a false
case against the applicant to exert pressure.
