That today, matter is kept for hearing before this Hon’ble

Court. Today, the Accused nos.1 & 2 and the Informant
are present before this Hon’ble Court. The Complainant
and the Accused persons are residing in same locality. It is
submitted that parties have entered into compromise
voluntarily and out of their free will for purpose of
maintaining good relations.

That the offence alleged against the accused persons are of

non-compoundable nature and cannot be compounded
without the permission of the Court.

PRAYER -

It is therefore prayed that permission be granted to

compromise the matter outside of the Hon’ble Court and
oblige.

That today, matter is kept for hearing before this Hon’ble

Court. Today, the Accused nos.1 & 2 and the Informant
are present before this Hon’ble Court. The Complainant
and the Accused persons are residing in same locality. It is
submitted that parties have entered into compromise
voluntarily and out of their free will for purpose of
maintaining good relations.

There is no dispute remain between the Complainant and

the accused persons. The Complainant does not want to
conduct the matter. The matter is settled outside of the
Hon’ble Court.

Hence this Compromise Pursis is given and oblige.
