DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 AHME-SP area coordinator for LDS 1st, and 3rd Cohort; and Scholarship area
coordinator for SULU 2nd Cohort.
 Conduct calling for applications of AHME-SP in all Cities and Provinces of BARMM
Areas.
 Accepting and Collecting applicants’ documents during calling for applications.
 Encoding, validating, and checking collected documents to identify the applicants who
will proceed to take the examination based on the top qualified applicants in Masterlist.
 Conduct and assist during the examination for top qualified applicants in all Cities and
Provinces of BARMM.
 Conduct and orient teachers or proctors who will serve on the day of the examination.
 Collecting documents of applicants who undergo examination.
 Organizing, checking, and validating applicant’s documents; and generating the final
Masterlist for official beneficiaries of AHME-SP.
 Support in computer and printer maintenance or other IT related works.
