In modern life, brain drain has become more and more popular.

Besides many
causes, there are still some solutions of this trend that I will discuss in this
following essay.
There are several reasons of brain drain as follows. The most important one is that
some young people want to have more opportunities for their job. Besides, they
want to work in developed countries. Another point to consider is that they hope to
have high salary. Moreover, they can help their family and improve their life.
Finally, they not only widen knowledge or explore new things but also have a lot
of experience and skills. These are main factors of brain drain.
On the other hand, there are a lot of good solutions of brain drain as follows. First
and foremost, the government should create a lot of opportunities for talented
people to work. They should have many ways to protect benefits of worker.
Secondly, companies should create many jobs for everyone. As a result, they can
improve salary and companies can have more modern machines. Last but not least,
young people should love their hometown. They should feel proud of their
hometown. Besides, they should work for their own country to develop their
country. These useful methods should be done as soon as possible.
To sum up, although brain drain has some reasons, we still have suitable way for it.
From my point of view, this is a big problem that we and the government should
work together to solve it effectively.
