Introduction to Information Skills (IMD 111) who has been guided us in doing this task and fully
committed and patient while teaching us this subject. She has taught us the methodology to carry
out the research and to present the research works as clearly as possible. It was a great privilege and
honor to work and study under her guidance.

Furthermore, we are extremely grateful to our parents for their love, prayers, caring and sacrifices
for educating and preparing us for our future. We cannot explain how much thankful to them for
their love, understanding, prayers and continuing support to complete this assignment at home due
to this pandemic Covid-19. Also we express our thanks to our sisters, brother, sister in law and
brother in laws for their support and valuable prayers.

I would like to say thanks to my partner for her constant encouragement in doing this assignment
with me very well eventhough we didn’t meet each other due to this pandemic Covid-19. We
