2 EXPERT OPINION: BEST PRACTICES

- It is always best to reduce the rear load by lengthening the beam as much as possible to
minimise the overhang.
- Check that the roof and the suspension beams are able of supporting the loads.
- If necessary, check the permissible loads with the project manager.
- The roof covering must always be protected by means of boards, planks or metal sec-
tions.
- The counter-load must be made using FIXATOR counterweights. To determine the counter-
