A Note to our Beloved Parent,

The summer vacation keeps the schedule a bit relaxing for the
children but it needs to be utilized judiciously. The scholastic and
integrated, creative school activities and projects are designed to
help in the holistic development of the child. So, keeping this in
mind we have planned interesting and creative holiday homework for
our wonderful students to keep them engaged and to channelize
their energies in a proper way.
So, you are requested to:
➢ Guide and help them in doing their holidays homework.
➢ Encourage and motivate them to converse in English at home.
➢ Share some moral stories in English with your kids.

Dear Students,

We are suggesting few tips for you to follow during these vacations:

➢ Wakeup early in the morning.

➢ Go for a nature walk and feel the fresh air.
➢ Eat healthy food and drink lots of liquids during these days.
➢ Maintain physical hygiene and cleanliness.
➢ Take bath twice to feel fresh and rejuvenated.
➢ Do not step out of your home during the afternoon as the
temperatures are high.
➢ Help your parents in daily chores like watering the plants,
keeping your books and toys at their place, keeping your dishes and
laying the table etc.

➢ Do yoga and Surya Namaskar to stay fit.

➢ Place a small bowl/pot of clean water and grains for birds in
your balcony or terrace.
➢ Revise all the concepts of all the subjects that were taught to
you in the month of April.
➢ This holiday homework comprises of 10 marks for each
subject in term 1.
➢ The holiday homework has to be mandatorily submitted to the
concerned subject teacher without fail on the reopening day.

SOCIAL Prepare a Power Point Present about French Revolution.
Draw the map of France on a Chart paper mark the places
mentioned in the chapter.
I.T. Complete the Viva voce questions given in Page No. 419 to 420.
Prepare a power point presentation on the following:

2. Factors to improve communication skills.
3. Explain verbal and non-verbal communication in detail
