Currently, I am an IT business analyst with over 2 years of experience in software

development. I possess exceptional organizational skills, user requirement analysis, time
management, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Experienced in creating project
documentation (Bidding Proposal, BRD, SIT, FSD, User Manual, etc.), coordinating tasks
with clients, discussing project expectations with stakeholders, coordinating project tasks

WORK EXPERIENCE

Conduct client needs analysis and incorporate them into a concise, comprehensive
proposal that addresses client requirements, providing project cost estimates based on
those needs.
Create a Business Requirements Document (BRD) outlining client/internal company
requirements in detail and supplemented with a prototype of the software to be developed.
Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to determine project timelines and Harga pokok
Penjualan document (HPP).
Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create project prototypes using tools like Figma.
Responsible for creating presentation documents for kick-off meetings, System Integration
Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and project Go-Live, and presenting them
to clients/internal stakeholders.
Responsible for gathering client requirement data by coordinating directly with involved
clients.
Assist in software testing processes (Manual QA).
