OFFER LETTER

We are pleased to offer you a position in our organization as a Billing & Planning
Assistant at Ghazipur-Ballia PKG-IV Road Project.

Below mentioned are the terms of your employment.

Your gross Salary will be Rs.18,000/- per month. Accommodation will be provided
by the company. Increments in the salary range will be on the basis of demonstrated
results and effectiveness of performance during the period of review.

You will be on probation for a period of 6 month. The management reserves right to
extend your probation period at its absolute discretion.

Your offer has been made based on information furnished by you. However, if there
is a discrepancy in the copies of documents or certificate given by you as proof of
above, we retain the right to terminate the offer of employment.

Please note that this is a confidential document and its contents are not be discussed
with anyone.

A detailed appointment letter, outlining the break-up of your salary and terms and
conditions shall be issued when you join the organization. You have to Join within 5
days after receiving the offer letter.
