We are pleased to inform you, that you have secured 95 marks and your merit rank is 6 in All India Online
Proctor Based Common Entrance Test 2024 held by this Vidyapeeth on 21st April 2024 for admission to M.Sc.
Clinical Embryology.

The Offline counseling session for provisional admission to the above programme will be held at Dr. D. Y. Patil
School of Allied Health Sciences, Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre Campus,
SANT TUKARAM NAGAR, PIMPRI, PUNE - 411018, on 10/05/2024 at 10:00 AM. You are advised to visit our
Vidyapeeth website (www.dpu.edu.in) for further details for payment of Annual fees and receipts. During the
said offline counseling session, provisional admissions will be given subject to submission of photo copies of the
documents as given on the website and payment of fees. You will be called by our admission In-charge for the
counseling and admission in accordance with your number in the merit list and you will be offered provisional
admission to the programme as per your preference and availability of the vacancy at that particular time in the
counseling session. If, you or your authorized representative, are not available for counseling and admission,
you will lose your claim for the seat.

Important Instructions:

1. When you are given provisional admission on the day of offline counseling, you will be required to pay the
entire amount of first year tuition fees of the respective programme on the same day as per the details given on
the website. In case you fail to pay the entire amount of fees of the respective programme, you will lose your
claim for admission to that seat and the same will be allotted to the next candidate in the order of merit.
2. Bring with you all the documents (in original and two sets of attested copies of each) as listed under
‘Documents for Provisional Admission’ on the Vidyapeeth website (dpu.edu.in)

3. Your personal presence at the counseling session is essential. However if you are unable to present
personally for the counseling, you may authorize any other individual to represent you. Such representative
should carry with him/her the letter of “Authorization for Representation” in the prescribed format available
on the Vidyapeeth website along with all the documents necessary for admission. Failure to remain present
personally or through an authorized representative, and/or failure to present all the necessary documents in
original at the time of counseling and /or failure to make payment of the total amount of first year tuition fees for
whatever reason will result in forfeiture of your claim for admission.
4. It may happen in the cases of some candidates that admission to the programme would be over before
their turn comes. In such a situation, the Vidyapeeth does not owe any responsibility.

5. The Competent Vidyapeeth Authorities will confirm provisional admission to M.Sc. Clinical Embryology
programme after verification of the eligibility of the candidate. After admission, the candidate has to submit
eligibility form along with appropriate fee to the Vidyapeeth as per the schedule published by the Vidyapeeth.
6. All the students admitted provisionally will have to be present from the first day of the academic session.
