AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

I, , of legal age, married,b Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy.Guindapunan,

Palo, Leyte, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am one of the heirs of our deceased mother, FELICISIMA

HOLANDA who died intestate in Palo, Leyte;

2. That when FELICISIMA HOLANDA died, she was the registered owner of
a parcel of land designated as Cad. Lot. No. 10663 containing an area of
Four Hundred Fifty-Six square meters (456sqm), situated in Brgy.
Guindapunan, Palo, Leyte;

3. Pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, we are

entitled to inherit the property of our deceased mother by right of
representation and all other rights appurtenant thereto; and

4. That I am executing this Affidavit in good faith and for the purpose of
attesting to the truth of the foregoing statement, and also for all legal
intents and purposes.
