2023 received
from Accounts Functionary reading non-adjustment of advance of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand only) withdraw for the purpose of purchase of service postage stamps from the Sr.
Post Master, IP Head Post office, New Delhi for official use. In this connection it is
submitted that above said amount received from Account Branch vide cheque no 175004
dated 21.04.2023.

Further, Account Functionary, MAMC requesting to provide utilization certificate of

above mentioned advance duly verified by concerned authority to adjust the same.

In view of above, if agreed we may requested to Ld. Dean to grant approval to issue the
utilization certificate for adjustment of advance amount of an Rs. 50,0000/- taken from
Account Branch for the purpose of purchase of service postage stamps from the Sr. Post
Master, IP Head Post office, New Delhi

A fair utilization certificate is placed opposite for approval and signature please.
