The leader graded the members based on their listed contribution above and based on her observation
on who always attends in group meeting and writing sessions. Therefore, the members who have more
contributions and is always present in group meeting and writing sessions received a high grade. The
research study will not be successful without the combined efforts of all members of the group. However,
the members who took most parts in writing the research paper received higher grades than those who
only provided resources and paid for the contribution. For the leader's grade, the leader asked her
groupmates opinions to avoid biased and unfair grading.
