for REC Haryana

• 3 Months Development, 1 Month Stabilization & 3 Years of Maintenance

INTENT: REC intends to engage a competent and professional eligible agency for Study, Development,
Customization, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Commissioning and Successfully Go-live Design, Development
and Implementation of responsive web based portal for Project monitoring including allied services (Servers,
SMS & email Gateway, Security Audit, SSL Certificate, Software Licenses etc.) and Three (3) years Post Production
Services for any development , Customization, change request, support to end user etc. under Post Production
services of the web based portal to meet the objective of the company. The application should adopt prevailing
cyber security standards.

Onsite deployment of required highly experienced IT Professional team to Study, Design, Development,
Integration, Testing, Security Audit, Deployment, Implementation and Maintenance of Project Monitoring Web-
Portal (Progressive Web Application (PWA)). The web-based portal should go live within three (3) months of
award of contract.

* We have to Propose the Number of Resources will be deployed Onsite so that it can meet 3 Months Timeline.
PHASE I AND II i.e. Development and stabilization Period total of 4 Months ONSITE services are required

CHASTER IT SOLUTIONS IS ELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION

Bidder will Provide:

Development & Go-Live: of the application including SMS & email Gateway, SSL, Domain Name, licenses,
UAT, initial security audit, cloud server, stabilization period, etc. as per scope of work-

Server Hosting in Cloud Environment & Domain Configuration:

Bidder should provide cloud Server for Application and Database in HA mode in DC. Bidder is responsible
of hosting the portal in the cloud with built in security features as per cyber security guidelines till the
contract period without any extra cost to RECL || 3 Years

SSL Certificate: For 3 Years

SMS & Email Gateway

Security Audit: Half Yearly Basis || 6 Audits in Overall Contract period
