ATTENTION IIUI STUDENTS

HEC-Need Base Scholarship for students taken admission in Spring /Fall 2023
“For the deserving Pakistani National students taken Admission
at Under Graduate programs (4/5 years) of the University in Spring/Fall 2023”

HEC–Need Base Scholarships are available in the University subject to the followings conditions: -

a) The NBS scholarships are only for the poor and deserving Pakistani (National) students who have
taken admission in Spring/Fall 2023 at Under Graduate level only (4/5 Years).
b) For availing HEC - NBS scholarship, confirmation of admission in IIUI is mandatory.
c) The applicants must not be availing any other scholarship.
d) If the information provided by the student is found incorrect/fake at any stage during his/her study
period, his/her scholarship would be cancelled.
e) Limited seats are available subject to the availability of funds.

Application Procedure:

 Kindly apply electronically through University’s web portal at following link.

 Use your admission login and password to apply
 After submitting the application online, pursue the Academic wing (SDC section, Room # 215, SFC
(Male side) & relevant fee section (Male/female) for verification
 Thereafter, print your application & submit it to the Office of the UAFA along with the required
documents mentioned at check list at online application. [ Room # 228 (Female), Room # 210B(Male]
 Incomplete forms without all supporting documents shall not be accepted.
 IIU will review the applications and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
 The authenticity of the information would be verified by cross-checking of the data provided.
 The students not selected for scholarship shall have to bear their fee at their own. Students shall be
awarded the HEC–NBS subject to the approval of Scholarship Management Committee (SMC) of
HEC.

No students will be entertained for applying online after due date and incomplete documents. Please
