A letter is a written document and a means of


communication, contains an object between a sender
and a recipient, represents proof and solid testimony
for or against oneself. Is used in professional,
commercial or administrative relations.

-FRIENDLY LETTER
In friendly letter we share a personal experience
regarding our interests. Personal letters can have
very different and varied subjects: giving advice,
expressing dissatisfaction, making a proposal,
refusing, etc.

Like any letter, a friendly letter is made up of several


parts
