DRILLER INSTRUCTIONS / OPERATIONS INSTRUCTIONS Take care about

Well: ZB-161
Rig: LK4
Date and Time: 3 May 2024

2- Review and/or renew all required PTW, JSA, HIRCA as needed.
3- If at any time you are not sure of something, please ask.
4- Any ideas or something we have missed in these instructions, please discuss it with S FIC/WSS.

a. Set PKR
3. General recommendation and procedure
a. MPFM
i. ** Official layout & certifications
1. Spot all Equip. as per ENI/Zfod official layout (keep distance between equip. and all vent lines should be extend to vent pit)
2. Prepare final layout and send officially to WSL & CM
3. Provide all required certification
4. Proved low pressure gauges ~ 1500 psi for down stream
5. Check and recorded closing time for ESD valve (No more 20 sec)
ii. R/U requirement
1. Provide all X.O required to P/T usually 3" 1002 to 2" 1502
2. P/T Up-Stream to 2000psi/15 min & down stream to 700 psi/15 min
3. ** Downstream line include production line and liquid pit line
4. Check all Equip Grounding
5. 2 needles valve should be installed in all ports of Gauge and sample
6. Confirm all gas detectors, warning sings and fire extinguisher in place
7. Confirm FLM flange on location with proper size and provide all bolts and X.O
8. Once WT arrived location, Spv need to check and confirm all flanges and accessories for WH & flareless manifold on location
9. check all valve, speda plate and line up of flareless manifold
iii. Job management
1. All data should monitored and reported every two hours
2. Max casing pressure 300 psi (Inform ESP eng to bleed off casing)
3. Keep Monitor AGV (XX:XX) & TRSV Pr. 4000-5000 psi & Inform ESP Eng beyond this values
4. Choke size should instructed by ESP Eng.
5. Call DGS 4 Hrs prior to open the well
6. Send WT Report every two hours
7. Routine scouting each half hour for all surface lines especially temporary production line
8. Never change CH.S till got confirmation from CM & WSL
9. Check flow head actuate valve every one hour.
10. WT to check F.H & P/T to 5000 psi.
11. Check X.O from FH to working string

iv. Permit to work & DGS
v. Issue PTW from DGS two days before the job
vi. Keep update PTW from DGS, issue new one if required
vii. Call DGS 4 Hrs before start pumping oil (Never Start pumping without DGS approval)
b. ESP Commissioning
i. PJSM with all involved people
ii. Confirm Casing line in install in case to bleed casing pressure
iii. Confirm TRSV & AGV is open by Completion Eng.
iv. ESP Eng. to determine the initial choke for commissioning
v. Start Up ESP as per vendor instruction
vi. In case of change choke, freq, or any parameters call FIC and CM immediately

2. Mud Tanks
 Derrick man to keep all mud tanks fully.

 check all chemical materials on location, inform WSL directly 2 days before any required materials
 Keep add additive to mud tanks as per program
2. Pipe Handling
- During crew change meeting, please have quick reminder with all rig crew about the pipe handling procedure.
- NO one stay in or near the catwalk during PU / DP.
- Floor man to have enough distance (save distance) when he push the TBG joint to the V-door.
- Driller to have a look on the V-Door & Catwalk camera BEFORE P/U or L/D DP.
 ** Drift each Joint before RIH(Never M/U new jt to the string till confirm the drift on the rig floor, never keep more than one on rig floor).
