Dear Parents,
This is to inform you of some important updates regarding the upcoming school picnic,
scheduled for this month. Due to an overwhelming response from our students and their
families, we have decidedto reorganize the picnic schedule to accommodate all participants
comfortably and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. To manage this efficiently, we
have divided the students into three separate groups, each with its own designated picnic date.
Updated Picnic Schedule:
CLASSIX: Departure on 14" May 2024 and arrival on 18" May 2024
CLASS X: Departure on 16" May 2024 and arrival on 20" May 2024
CLASS XI &XIl: Departure on 18" May 2024 and arrivalon 22nd May 2024

We understand that this change may affect your personal schedules, and we sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience. We felt that creating smaller groups would provide a safer
and more manageable setting for our students, allowing them to enjoy the day to its fullest.
Kindly confirm your child's participation to their CTS latest by tomorrow i.e., 2nd May 2024.
This willhelp us finalize logistics and ensure that every child who wants to
participate can do
so. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility concerning the recent
school picnic schedule. As a follow-up to our previous
changes to our
communication, we would like to
confirm that despite the shift in dates, the itinerary and hotel
will remain the same. accommodations for each group
